In accordance with the provisions of law no. 98-536 of July 1, 1998, transposing directive 96/9 EC of March 11, 1996 into the intellectual property code and concerning the legal protection of databases, SAM Outillage is the owner of all or part of the databases making up this site.

By accessing it, you acknowledge that the data comprising it is legally protected, and, in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned law of 01/07/98, you are prohibited from extracting, storing or reproducing, directly or indirectly, on any medium whatsoever, by any means and in any form whatsoever, all or any qualitatively or quantitatively substantial part of the content of the database to which you have access.

In accordance with current French legislation, and in particular the law of January 6, 1978, you have the right to consult, rectify and object to any personal data supplied to this site, by sending an e-mail to: sam@sam.eu.

Personal data

The data collected on this site is intended exclusively for SAM Outillage. No personal information will be communicated to companies not belonging to SAM Outillage. No personal information is collected without your knowledge. All personal information that we receive is that which you communicate to us during your interactions with the site, such as sending an order or a request for information.

Use of personal information

The personal information you voluntarily provide to us may be used by SAM Outillage in accordance with applicable law. The site may store and process your personal information for the purpose of contacting you (for example, sending you marketing materials or other information, responding to your comments or requests for information).

Information relating to your visit is stored for statistical purposes only. No link will be made between these browsing data and your personal data.
